Get a wax job here

Can't imagine why this is called the South Beach Waxing Studio...it's at least 300 miles from South Beach! In fact, it's near downtown Ocala.

  1. But South Beach sounds so...so...posh. Funny though, posh isn't the word I would have used to describe this place. What a crisp photo though. Nice work.

  3. Is it called South Beach after the diet? They starve you before waxing? Good catch, strange place.

  4. The beach is in your imagination while you squirm when the job is being done!

  9. Hi Boise Diva - I think you probably hit on something that was lurking in the back of my mind...it's probably not the "location" they're referring to, but a type of wax job...is that possible? I know nothing about waxing other than I need to wax the car...

  10. Maybe they just like the name--or the diet? Nice capture, though.

  11. I like the composition of colors - red and white.

  12. Hehe, funny! What about an original Brazilian bikini wax? Outch! It's so big in Rio and that's also just around the corner. *ROFL*

  13. South Beach? In Ocala?? The owner is obviously a long way from home but is hoping the name will grab our attention. Which it did. Fun capture.(Did you get a quick wax job? For the car, right?)

  14. Hmmm. Maybe the owner started the business in South Beach and thought it would be too hard to change his/her business name. OK, I AM just guessing. ;-)

  15. The colors are great. Nice angle on the house. I would never guessed what the business was about.

  16. I think it's the name that matters after all, when you don't really know about the place too much! If the name sounds good, then everything else seems good too :-)
