I am sure that the person and dog in your photo are finding this a delightful place to share a walk, but I hope that the dog does not pick up any ticks in the woods.
@ Allison - Ocala is 300 miles north of Miami/Ft. Lauderdale. There is no real change of season in Miami/Ft. Lauderdale, even though we would get some cool weather sometimes (in the 40s at night)...
In Ocala, we do get a taste of a change of seasons...all of them...the best are fall and spring where the temps are quite mild. And some winters are very nice. This one has been way too cold.
«Louis» likes this MUCH better than the 'gator post below!
ReplyDelete;-)
Very tranquil looking and so peaceful...I'd just have to forget about the gators on the river.
ReplyDeleteWould this be the Silver Trail? How did it get its name, er, I withdraw the question!!

Looks similar to my walking trail. Pretty almost any time of year, except when it's rained. Squish.

Ummmm... gators wade out, don't they? ;-)
ReplyDeletelooks okay to me. I love the green, moist place filled with lotsa little and a few big living things. nice pix to appreciate.
ReplyDeleteOH! Wish I were there.
ReplyDelete@ Ciel - You're so silly. Gators "wade out" only when they're hungry...not to worry - they get hungry only once a month.
ReplyDeleteNow that looks like a place I'd like to go--very nice! And those gators? Hmm, maybe a gator wrestler can accompany me.
