I love this trail and the river is beautiful, framed by the trees, with the reflection of the blue sky. I can imagine this in spring or summer... Speaking of coincidences, today you posted a picture with Lois Anne (and Haley) and I posted one with Trillian (Munich)!
Cute! The white path in this first shot, reminds me snow! I know it's crazy but looks like some snow... And the second picture is really a pleasant surprise! Magnificent! :) Léia
WATCH OUT LOIS ANNE! YOU'RE GONNA... !!BONK!!.... HIT YOUR HEAD ON THAT LOG! Good thing sweet Haley is there to administer kisses and make it all better! Happy Weekend to you Jacob! 'Tis this girl's birthday tomo. I'll be celebrating in style at the Eagan Rotary Black Tie Art Gala with You-know-who as The Prezzzzz and host-with-the-most! Snaps to follow, I'm sure...;)
Looks so beautiful and quiet, a perfect place for a walk. Back when I was living in California we used to go on trails similar like this every weekend and it always raised my spirits.
Now that's just beautiful. What a great walking trail you've found Jacob.

Ah, from bridges to foot paths and all under a gentle blue sky. I sure wish I was back there.
ReplyDeleteI just love that fallen tree arching over the path. What a wonderful place for a walk, but alligators??
ReplyDelete@ VP - I thought that was Trillian! You may wish to have her check out the additional comment on your blog!
ReplyDeleteI can see where this river would be tantalizing for a canoe. Gators or no!
ReplyDeleteThis looks like a beautiful place anytime of year. I am so glad there are still alligators lurking about. It adds a sense of mystery and adventure.

ReplyDeleteC'est sublime.
ReplyDeleteAre those fishing nets (sorry no time to read all the other comments)
@ Ciel - No, they are roped off areas to keep boats from going aground...
ReplyDeleteSigh! this is so scenic and I love the tree, it looks like a bridge.
ReplyDeleteTranquil!
ReplyDeleteI'd love to be walking that trail today.
