  5. Well, you see, Jacob - the car has been a lemon for its owner. He's fed up. He thought if he parked it in a NO PARKING zone, left it unlocked with the keys in the ignition and a $20 taped to the steering wheel, someone MIGHT take this lemon off his hands...

  6. The sign is too vague. They didn't park in front of it, and no range was specified. I think they have a case.

  22. It isn't even a fancy car! Fancy car (type not stated to protect the guilty) owners often seem to think owning one is a universal 'license to park'. Golf carts are MUCH more law-abiding, eh?
