    Well, you see, Jacob - the car has been a lemon for its owner. He's fed up. He thought if he parked it in a NO PARKING zone, left it unlocked with the keys in the ignition and a $20 taped to the steering wheel, someone MIGHT take this lemon off his hands...

    The sign is too vague. They didn't park in front of it, and no range was specified. I think they have a case.

    Ha! Good one. I have one I took in India of two motorcycles parked right smack in front of a No Parking sign. Must be universal for some!

    It isn't even a fancy car! Fancy car (type not stated to protect the guilty) owners often seem to think owning one is a universal 'license to park'. Golf carts are MUCH more law-abiding, eh?
