They don't have to worry about anyone not finding the door. I like red doors myself. Back in the old days, a red door meant that the house was fully paid for.
That door needs a lick of green paint. Other than that, I'll take it, it's so much more human sized than the other one. Plus I bet the location is much nicer.

Not sure about the door. That red color takes away a lot from the rest of the building I think. Try sneaking back late at night with some paint.
