  4. It looks beautiful, but as anyone who has experienced a convertible in the hot sun on a California freeway knows — looks are deceiving.

    (Re your question about my knowledge of Philcos. Not really, we had an RCA. But I do remember westerns.)

  11. A hot little number for sure, but wind doesn't appeal to me, so no convertibles for me. Besides, here in Manila it would just be too hot and stinky on the road!
