Dr. James B. Duke, surgeon extraordinaire!



Dr. James Duke is one of Ocala's premier orthopedic surgeons. A graduate of the University of Florida, he's been practicing in this area since 1985. Dr. Duke is not only an excellent surgeon, but is active in the community, serving as chairman of the Marion County YMCA's Board of Directors. He has also received the Doctor of the Year award.

Dr. Duke's professional skills are enhanced by a wonderful bedside manner. He truly cares about his patients and is a warm and kind human being. I can attest to these things from personal experience.

    Somehow my first comment took off on its own. I think that Dr. Duke obviously took very good care of you, and he looks to be a kindly man. It's wonderful to have a doctor in which you have great confidence.

    I have a general surgeon like that and I like him so much that I am willing to overlook the fact that he too graduated from UF :)
