You are absolutely right about the Phoenix Open this weekend too. I completely forgot about that which is a shame because golf is decidedly more civilized than football. I'm certainly glad I don't have to fly anywhere this week. I hear our airport is extremely crowded right now.
He seems to say, "No, I insist, after you, I'll be awhile." Good doorstop! I had to look twice!
ReplyDeleteI'll answer your question at my blog in my Friday post!
Well done! I like this shot!
ReplyDeleteOh, what a fun shot!! I agree with William as to what Mr Turtle was saying!!
ReplyDeleteI want a doorstop like that! I like what you did here.
ReplyDeleteAnother good one, Lowell! ;-)) I had to look twice!
ReplyDeleteSpeed kills :)
ReplyDeleteCute doorman!
ReplyDeletesome very fun effects on this shot. I feel the whoosh of air as Mr. Speedy passes.

ReplyDeleteOne thing about turtles. They know how to find the sun.
ReplyDeleteI thought it was a real one for a second. That is a perfect effect for this photo.
ReplyDeleteI like the effect: this is very nice!

ReplyDeleteI do not understand how you managed to take a picture with his speed
Oh Lowell... you are really a cut up! My husband is now wondering why I'm laughing out loud. :)
ReplyDeleteThanks for the laugh!
ReplyDeleteHope he's not late!!
ReplyDeleteSlow and steady wins the race. (Or at least that's what the turtle and I hope.)
ReplyDeleteLove how you did this picture (effects, that's the word I want!)
Clearly not in a hurry!
ReplyDeleteHaha I thought he was real for a second there - Love turtles, they're so cute!
ReplyDeleteAimee and I were watching the turtles at the zoo last weekend and they actually do move surprisingly fast.. When there's food involved :)
ReplyDeleteHow clever, Lowell! I’ve learned the sense of speed is made by the blurred background.
