Kate is correct. It is a Polaris Slingshot, and is classed as a motorcycle because it has only three wheels. They are quite sporty with 176 horsepower pushing only 1700 pounds making one horsepower for only 9.6 pounds. This fun vehicle makes for a fun photo.
Lowell, the last study I came across about power lines and cancer about 15 years ago showed the highest rates were not for those living closest to them, but for those living a half mile away. Even then, the rates were hardly above probability. These are the power lines going east away from the Oahe Dam in South Dakota to power eastern SD and part of Minnesota, Iowa, and Nebraska.
