To answer your question about "Mole", it's a sauce made of chilies and chocolate and when you get the proportions right, it's just about perfect. This place does it very well. In this case the sauce is poured over the enchiladas.
I did not know that the English also collect garden gnomes. After all, they are usually in German gardens - and there almost every garden has at least one or two elves. They are quite cute, if not too many :D
One more of those and they'll have enough garden gnomes to launch Operation World Gnomination.
