I think that's one of those planets where the air is hard to breathe. At least, that's my excuse.
To answer your question, I believe you are thinking of the Pima Indian Reservation and yes, it is still there. The furthest street east in Scottsdale is Pima Road and on the other side is indian reservation. However, lately the reservation is growing more and more commercial with casinos, gas stations and even that Butterfly World museum that I've featured before.
I notice ghost letters to the left, so I wonder what was here before. Nice sky!

ReplyDeleteLol and when I saw the post title, I thought I'd see a planet...

ReplyDeleteLike the contrasting colors you have here with the blue of the sky and the red and yellow of the roof. It works well.
ReplyDeleteDo you visit this planet often?
ReplyDeleteAll we need is Jack LaLanne posing on the roof and the scene would be complete.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful day there!
ReplyDeleteYour picture reminds me that I need to do some sport :)

So blue sky. You took a great idea to this photo.
ReplyDeleteNo planets visible in the sky during the day, but at night we might be able to spot one or two....
ReplyDeleteClever, Lowell! The sky is gorgeous. Please send some sunshine to Ontario. :)
