Working Crane at Heathbrook Outdoor Mall

I drove by, saw this machine, and wondered what the heck was going on behind the Healthbrook Mall. So I drove by again, craned my neck so as to look every which way, but still could not see any indication as to what this machine was up to. Then I said, "The heck with it," grabbed my camera and took a picture. It's not a redneck crane like the ones that show up on Sallie Rainville's doorstep, but it is a crane!

  1. I think I'd prefer the other kind of crane. I like the editing on it!

  3. I'd bet that there's a sign going up somewhere around here.
Re: your comments about the trees you saw in my post today. They weren't on a hill. The farm is very near a river. The trees get plenty to drink. They grow tall around these parts!

  10. Whatever the work is, it must be big to require a crane like that!

  14. It's a long shot and definitely not a redneck crane.

  15. Oh that's funny Lowell. Yup cranes aren't the only redneck animals that hang around here in North Fort Myers. But they are my favorite ones.

Bill however would probably actually be more interested in your cranes. ONe time we stayed in a hotel in Victoria BC whilst there was a big construction project going on next door that we could see out of our room window. I never saw him so eager to get up in the morning so he could supervise and check on the progress!

I like how you "processed" this photo.
