Gander Mountain

Two days ago, we posted a photo of a swordfish and yesterday we posted a photo of security cameras.

The swordfish is hanging just outside the front doors of Gander Mountain, which is a huge sporting goods store - catering mostly to those involved in hunting, fishing and water sports.

The cameras are hanging just inside the front doors of Gander Mountain.

  1. I guess cameras are needed to keep all this merchandise where they belong before they are sold.

  2. Though it may be a hunting, fishing, and water sports store what I see in all directions is apparel. The gear seems way, way off and tucked in the corners. That should give some indication where the profits lie, no?

  3. Plenty of options to exercise our rights lefts and centre! :)

Um abraço e continuação de uma boa semana.

  5. Looks similar to Bass Pro Shop. A place I avoid at all costs.

  6. They got you covered! I wonder if anyone tries to shoplift these days. As soon as you look for the cameras, you become suspicious and they'll watch you more closely.

  7. They must have a lot of problems with theft!

  8. It is a very nice store...lots of stock, well organized and I love the hardwood floors!

  9. I'll bet I could find some hiking boots in there.

  10. Quite a big place- probably too big for a sporting goods store, but retail seems to lean towards giant these days.

  11. I've never heard of that store but have been in a few like it. Cameras are everywhere these days.

The old Governors mansion at the museum is open to visit and has many interesting displays inside.

  12. Looks like Cabelas or I suppose any other big sporting goods store. Ya know ya need clothes too---wouldn't want to see naked hunters or fisherpeople running around.

  13. One can often find comfortable clothing in these big sports stores. You have had a good time with your camera at the store. Good for you!

  14. I'm not a huntin' and fishin' type of gal Lowell, but I know where to come if I ever get the urge to catch something 😃😃
