The umbrella would be all weather umbrella both for sun and rain. It’s so convenient when weather is fickle in summer. Though it is rainy season here, it has been sultry under the burning sun with the highest temperature F97 yesterday. When I go out, I wear a wide-brim hat and use a parasol.
No umbrellas here---even in the rain you can always tell a Washingtonian---no umbrella! and as for heat the high yesterday was 59 and very enjoyable. MB
It really makes a difference!
ReplyDeleteI can't imagine how hot it is out there. Greetings and nice shot!
ReplyDeleteBlistering heat is spot on!
ReplyDeleteNice pop of color. And I'm sure that shade is very welcome.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful photo, Lowell, I love the colours!
ReplyDeleteColorful umbrella! Sounds the hot sun is playing it's role there.
ReplyDeleteUm "aro-íris" no jardim, gostei desta bela foto.

Heej, that is very special. Here we seen that "paraplu's" only when it's raining :-)
ReplyDeleteAgainst the heat of the sun and against rain, too!
ReplyDeleteShe is equipped for any weather...
Super shot Lowell, I've been trying to catch an umbrella shot also, but for the rain :)
ReplyDeleteWhat a beautiful umbrella! I have one just like that from the tourist office of Lux😊

Something I see very often here in the desert!
ReplyDeleteOne sees that here as well. I just tie on a bandanna or wear a ball cap.
ReplyDeleteEverything so bright and beautiful!
