We met Bob and his handsome canine friend in Lake Sumter Landing. It was a beautiful afternoon and they were relaxing on a bench. He graciously consented to have his photo taken after his friend insisted.
Bob is a veteran of the U.S. Army and lives in The Villages.
I have a tremendous urge to say "Woof!" which is "Thank You!" in the Canine Language.

I'll say it for you Lowell.. woof! Tres jolie portrait!
ReplyDeleteWhat a lovely photo, Lowell, and how nice of Bob to allow you to take this photo. He looks like a very nice man and his dog is very cute. :)
ReplyDeleteThis man's best friend is a beautiful canine. Can't help but wonder about the grooming charges!
ReplyDeleteÉ muito bonito este cão e com uma bela história.
ReplyDeleteUm abraço e continuação de boa semana.

Good one, Lowell!
ReplyDeleteGood friends for sure.
ReplyDeleteThank you for your service, Bob! His canine friend, though, is stealing the show in this photo. : )
ReplyDeleteNice photo. I have a hard time talking to people so I don't have wonderful pics like you
ReplyDeleteWhat do you mean by the comment--"Nice job on the saturation!". I don't know what that means and that pic I took with my phone. I think the phone does a great job. I take almost more photos with the phone than my Nikon.

The friend looks ready to snarl if you make a wrong move!
ReplyDeleteYou caught them both nicely on camera, Lowell.
ReplyDeleteVery nice portrait! The pair is very photogenic.
ReplyDeleteGreat photo of this two! Love it. Here dogs are saying: "woef"
ReplyDeleteThey look like good friends.
ReplyDeleteGood friends are Bob and his dog!!
ReplyDeleteUn abrazo
Both Bob and the canine friend are handsome. I’m impressed with the thick hair of the dog. My late mother would have a similar looking toy poodle with different hairstyle. There seem to be many different way of grooming to this species of dog.
