The day began cool and foggy. Arriving at the third hole, I noticed that the sun shining through the fog on these brush-top plants made it look like they were covered in snow or ice.
The second shot was taken a couple of hours later, on the tenth hole. Still a grey day, but the fog had lifted, leaving these pine sentinels to watch over the golfers who dared challenge the back nine.
These are wonderful shots Lowell, especially the first one with the palm trees silhouetted against the fog. The roof of my house was white yesterday morning because it was covered in frost. My grandson thought it was snow!
I did think it was frost at first too Lowell 😊 That's a very nice looking golf course, I have a feeling it would take me a while to get through those trees.. that's if I played 😀😀
These are wonderful shots. I do so love a foggy day. We haven't had one in quite a while. I keep waiting for one so I can get out and get some misty looking photos around here.
In reference to the Korean church you mentioned to me about...I would just go inside on a weekday (if the door is open) and introduce myself. Then I would ask if I could take some photos of it. Usually people are pretty friendly and gracious and are more than happy to tell you about the building and allow you to take photos. I would love to see it if you manage to get some photos of it. I hope you have a great day! :)
A frosty Florida, an unusual event. It must feel cold to all you Floridians living down there. Today we have a little bit of sun and periods of snow and hale. It's 1C (34F). No golfing happening here :)
Deceptive shots, Lowell- there's certainly a frosty mood to both of them.
