The Ocala Downtown Market is open on Saturday mornings. Farmers and other bizness people bring their products to the market and local citizens take advantage of things like eggs, produce, jewelry, etc.
Still, it's a good deal for you can score really fresh stuff here as opposed to the crap you buy in the supermarkets.
...an of day I see!
ReplyDeleteFresh produce is the best but being in a minimalist period the other 'stuff' would have to be bypassed.. by moi 😀
ReplyDeleteOur main farmer's market is Sunday mornings. I always go down and get some baked goods.
ReplyDeleteIn the summer we have a Farmer's Market two days a week selling fresh vegetables, baked goods, and one or two stalls of meat. It is an expensive, but tasty way to shop.
ReplyDeleteFresh produce always welcome!
