While out shopping with Lois Anne, I discovered this metallic mermaid and had to take a photo. If we still had a pool, and if I really liked this thing, I might have bought it and put it out next to or in the pool. And the first question that raises, of course, is "Yes, but will she rust?"
Fortunately, I dislike the metallic mermaid and we no longer have a pool, so the question, while of modest interest, is moot.
I like the strategically placed seashells.
ReplyDelete...the stainless won't!
ReplyDeleteThat has to be the scariest looking mermaid I've ever seen.
ReplyDeleteI think I'd like it next to somebody else's pool.
ReplyDeleteI rather like it!
ReplyDeleteNice looking mermaid. I wonder who will buy it or will it spend it's existence in the store as a prop for photographers. :)
ReplyDeleteThe mermaid looks fun.
ReplyDeleteIs there a way I can send you a photo?

Uhm. I think I'd go for a fleet of rubber duckies instead.
ReplyDeleteShe is no replacement for the mermaid in Copenhagen! ;-)
ReplyDeleteOh Lowell it's Florida, you could just put her in your front yard by the mailbox. Oh but then there was that thing about how you disliked her! Sigh. Good taste ruins so many opportunities.
ReplyDeleteMermaids are destined to break your heart, so yes, she will rust especially if she is in a damp environment. We seldom see such sights here in the frozen Midwest.
ReplyDeleteLovely creature
ReplyDeleteUna sirena davvero speciale!

ReplyDeleteRed Pat is right that she cannot compare with the littlest mermaid, but she has a style all her own. Love her and her hair!!
