Let us know when you and The Contessa will be receiving visitors. And if there will be snacks.

Nice digs, Jacob Meister! When's the villa warming party? I'll bring some booze and my LBW!

This looks like a very nice place. What a fine, crystal-clear blue sky!
(We never saw the sun here today...)

...and lives in a tiny apartment in town! I think you have space for a turret or two if you wish.
Great place, Jacob!

Beautiful house. It reminds me of the "villas" (I dont remember if the owners called them villas) in a large private residence near Deltona.... I might have photos of them.....

I am not writing, I am still working in my apartment. Terrible :-))))

Should we still believe in global warming? Bon courage to you (to stand the cold).

Yes it is very elegant. OMG the lawn will be mowed while you sit back in your slippers, silk jammies and drinking tea while the Countess just smiles.
I like it and it is very nice. MB

And of course,a perfect sunny day....a dream indeed!

A lovely villa -- I especially notice the sunny, warm aspect. Warm. Did I mention warm?

(Oh, and when will you be adding the turret?)
