A crushing experience

Some vehicles in Ocala endure a crushing experience so severe they must be taken to a place where they can be brought back to life in another form.

Ready & waiting

With camera in hand and a tablet under her arm, this young lady is ready for anything! Almost. We have moved into our "new" place successfully and are blogging again, although it may be sporadic for a time.

Hearing test

We are in the process of moving from Stone Creek back into Ocala. It's fun but a very hectic and complicated process. And because I'm using an old laptop at our new place (good computer still at old place) I've had to search the archives and thus the "hearing test" photo. What did you say? Anyway, I'll be out-of-pocket probably until the latter part of next week. Best wishes to all of our blogging friends and we wish you a wonderful weekend and great week ahead!

It's a wrap!

Although it is hard to believe, we sometimes have nights where the temperature drops to freezing or below here in north central Florida.  On occasion, the temperature remains below freezing for several hours.  I don't like that!  Freezing cold weather should be illegal in Florida!

But when cold weather does hit us, animals and plants must be brought inside.  Also, outside water pipes must be insulated from the freezing weather.  This is one example of a really good wrap and should provide that pipe all the protection it needs.

Chili's (after a few drinks)

I have learned through thoroughly-vetted sources, that some people spent New Year's Eve at Chili's restaurant in Ocala. They imbibed a bit. At the end of the evening, several claimed that the restaurant look strangely atilt and that they had photos to prove it, one of which I have posted above. By George, I think they're right!

Drill, baby drill!

Dontcha just hate having to go to the dentist at the beginning of a new year? Drill, baby drill! This is a happy new year? :-)

Happy New Year! And keep shooting in 2013!
