The longest par-5 in Florida

I don't get it. I'm sure the sign is supposed to entice people to play the Candler Hills Golf Course. But what moron wants to play a 662-yard par 5? Golf is hard enough without creating a ridiculously long hole like this one!

I know that you use a small, white ball that's hard to see after you hit it.

I am sure this sign excited someone.

I don't know what you're talking about, I don't undestand golf.

Still sick and worsening. What really scares me is that I'm off to Germany tonight. Bad luck, eh?

I don't golf either but I can maybe figure out what this means. I suppose if someone hit a ball that far they could salute themselves. And then again.........

Methinks they want only serious (very serious) golfers there. :)

If you find golf hard, it could be because your jeans are to long :-D

Not being a golfer, it does little to entice me either.

That would be a par 6 or 7 for me.

Its all about the exercise ..

I agree with you Jacob, it's not the length that makes a hole fun to play. This just seems like dumb advertising!

Ok, that made me laugh!

I had no idea what a Par 5 was, so I'm glad you added a subtitle! :-)))

Since I don't know a thing about golf, I won't comment.
