Looks like the old Johnny Cash song about the guy working in Detroit--way back when--and taking home parts of cars bit by bit and finally building one that probably looked like this one.

I'm thinking "Only in Florida!" But I AM impressed that the wheel rims - the two I can see - are both painted green. That's pure class. :))
