A non-handicapped teenager

There is nothing physically wrong with this young man. He just thought it was fun to hop in a wheel chair and scoot around the store while his mother was shopping. He stopped quickly when he saw my camera, but kept smiling as he turned around and headed down another aisle!

But where is the owner of the wheelchair?

Dang, I wondered where I left my chair.

So, I guess he was test driving it. I hope he never has to use one for real.

Let's string the lad up. Fooling around is just not to be tolerated!

He looks nervous. Great shot!

Bratt, that was my thought too...where did the chair come from then. The chair also looked like his size and his legs are angled to where I thought it was his chair. Fooled me.
We used to have wheelchair races as a kid.

is the wheelchair for the handicapped guests?

Can he even imagine what life in a wheelchair is like?

Just a usual teenager.

That smile is enough to forgive his "theft."

Luckily he doesn't have to use that chair.

Not sure I approve. But I suppose it was all in good fun.

My Grandboys love to wheel around in their late grandfathers chair.
At the school I worked at the 6th grade class students had to each use a wheelchair for the whole day. They soon learned to appreciate their legs. MB

What did he do with the person whose chair it was, I wonder

Yes, fun if you don't have to have one. Otherwise, not so much. Cute smile!

He looks like he is having a good time and probably meant no harm. My father was a polio survivor and he always carried his metal canes in the back floorboard of our car. We used to get them out and play with them in the front yard pretending we were pole vaulting and he always thought that was so funny. He wore a brace on his leg and one time a curious child asked him what had happened to him. My dad told him than an alligator got him, but he had managed to escape. The child got really wide eyed and ran off and told his mother. My Dad had a funny sense of humor!

I would be so embarrassed if my kids did that! My son has that shirt!

He probably thought you were going to take it for yourself : )

I don't disagree, but can't understand why children and teenagers always shall "be on"! Watching TV, using mobiltelephon, computer, hearing music etc. etc.
...well, I know, 'cause they act like their parents. And eat fatfood, drink sugarwater, and followed the wellknown people, which they want to be like!!!
