There's a sub-station of the Marion County Sheriff's office on the southwest side of town. I've often seen this Sheriff's golf cart in the parking lot. What they use it for, I can't imagine. Maybe to catch people speeding in their golf carts on local golf courses?
I think I'll have to slow down on the Stone Creek Golf Course. I sure don't want to hit a good drive and suddenly see those red and blue lights flashing in my rear view mirror!

If they have the money for that cart, Jacob, your taxes are too high.
I don't hit my drives far enough to get in trouble with the gendarmes.
Wow! Sirens and all! You don't want to get a DUI either. Will let you know if I see one in the parking lot of Boomers!
I think you will enjoy this post of ours from earlier in the week. I think the last one you commented on wreaked havoc on your blood pressure. Try this one.

Looks like a little speed buggy!
Oh une belle voiture a pedale pour les policies ;o)) elle est mignonne
Maybe they dabbled with the engine and it's much faster than you think!
Maybe the police use this to patrol the golf courses to make sure that golfers are replacing their divots, raking the sand traps, and arresting those who use a "foot wedge"
that sure is an interesting capture!
Maybe it's for parking violations? I can't imagine that it would be very useful for actually fighting crime! :)
Very interesting...
Doughnut runs???????? I couldn't resist.
The police department here has one too. By the way, I was standing on a deck in my cousin's backyard when I took the picture of the gourd. With my bad knees, jumping is not an option!
Those are common down here apparently. I also like the little segways that the sheriff drives around the airports.
Or may be a parking ticket? Becareful :D
Too funny!! Is this Barney Fife's new car? MB
