So... does that mean that everything was built after 1984 or does it mean that the historical district was defined as such in 1984?

Multistoried homes in Florida. Other than condos, I seem to see few. This is a beauty.

The perfect house to have an afternoon garden party for all the best people in town. Probably took 100 years to grow those trees, so this must be historic.
