There is a group of car collectors on the Olympic Peninsula (WA) that shows their lovingly restored cars at various events. It's nice to see them on the roads around here occasionally. Last year a group of at least 2 dozen classic Thunderbirds cruised the road in front of my house.
Well Lowell - you have hit the jackpot here. I always say that if I win the lottery I am buying a 49/50 lead sled for summer driving! Not sure why but I love them.
Lois is a good example of what exercise and good eating can do for you!

A real beauty! And it's still turning heads. Like yours. :)
avec les flammes sur le cote, elle est magnifique, j'aimerais bien en avoir une comme celle la
Weather looks great for comfort. Also on the road to photograph. Non-tropical storm Beryl there? They write about it in our media. Sincerely, Peter.
I love classic car rallies! I spent my adolescent years in a Hudson Hornet!
A classic!
It's a beautiful vintage car!

I love to see an old car like that one cruising along and looking so well cared for. And that sky is awesome too!
Wanted to answer your question about the window I posted today, it's our local Olive Garden restaurant.
Very cool. Flames and all. MB
Lowell, answering your question...what happens in a Hudson Hornet, stays in a Hudson Hornet!! Got that?
Gorgeous photo...I love that car. And those clouds!

Not only is it beautiful, not only did Halcyon's comment make me laugh but look at another positive thing: no electronics! :-)
I bet the old Mercury is fun to travel about town in.
That is too cool.
Oh, boy, I'll bet it did. Thanks for the photo!
James Dean drove one in Rebel Without a Cause. Every kid in the US wanted one.
les flammes sont dues à la vitesse
Great car, great sky!
If only this ride could be your road trip/anniversary chariot! What a way to travel and see the countryside.
Ooooh, love it. Did Louis La Vache see this?
I like the car and the style of your image!:)
