That sign doesn't look very friendly but I suppose they've had a lot of frustrated patients complain.
Sounds as if there may have been problems in that parking lot in the past!
If you park there illegally, you'll have to take your medicine.

Hard to define what medicine parking is... Strange. The writer must be a little off today I guess?
In Melbourne, a lot of people just called the wheel locker to lock the car for which it causes more inconvenience to the driver...
If I have a pain just here, can I park in this lot?
