Neat photo but I'm not so sure about a place that encourages people to throw left overs on the floor. I guess it works better with peanuts rather than mashed potatoes(:-o)
I guess you are correct...I do get around a bit...I love the salads at Cody's and I have to be careful with those peanuts as I tend to overeat before my meal comes ;).... I loved Cody's when it was Hops also...they had the best potstickers. Can you tell I love to eat out??? What a cool idea to photograph the pail...I love it.
I'm allergic to peanuts, so I've never tried one of these places. Even if it is allowed, I probably wouldn't throw food on the floor. It would just make me feel bad.
This is a cute shot! It would make a good ad for them. We used to have a place with peanuts and shells on the floor. It was a good place but there was some legal issue and they closed down. We are in Durango, Colorado at the moment!
I'm sure my grandkids would love being able to throw the shells on the floor! I managed to get a couple of shots of the outside of the Cody's here, but I haven't looked at them on my computer yet. I'll post one if they turned out OK.
Nice shot, Lowell. I remember a restaurant/bar in Boston's theater district in the 70s where we ate peanuts and tossed the shells on the floor. Now, what was that place?
asfter a point or two, I would throw a few shells on the floor. I have been in places like that before - you really have to be careful when you are walking out, or to the loo!

I especially like peanuts when they are in the shell. Taste better for some reason. Nice shot.

Great shot, and sounds like a fun spot to dine.
NIce shot. There should be another bucket for the shells :)
Tasty...but makes for a crunchy floor.

A pail-ful and a pint and I would be set!

Hello! Beautiful and interesting photo!
Great photo, Lowell!

I would have gone through a few buckets.
Love it, a nice foamy beer would work a treat with these!
I guess they have to clean the floor several times a day! :-) This is a very nice shot, Lowell.
Oh, what fun....I'd love to go there... You can eat peanuts like a squirrel; just enjoy and toss the shells.

Eat them by the bucket!
Looks nice, but throwing the shells on the floor..... sounds like a thing I would not like.
Glad I don't have to clean up afterwards.
I admit, I like restaurants that feed you peanuts.
