Smart Car leads the pack...

...at AutoMax, but it appears to be going nowhere.  The wee Smart Car has been sitting there for some time.  Evidently, nobody wants to buy it.  And it's so cute, too!

It is cute but I;d be very afraid to drive it on a highway.

They are cute but you can't haul anything in it. We'll maybe an iPod.

I think they are cute and I have heard that they are pretty safe. There are quite a few around town.

Are you sure that's not a matchbox car? It's about the same size as one. It is cute, but I'd be afraid to drive it in high winds!

Ah yes, Americans don't know the pain it is to park here. We love these in cities because you can park ANYwhere! And they are quite good on motorways (highways/freeways?) too!

I like the little car with colorful balloons!

I think they are too expensive for what they are. You could buy a "real" car with more room and comfort for the same price.

The poor, cute thing looks lost among all those enormous SUVs.

It's so small it's a wonder that those balloons tied to it don't lift it up into the sky!

I love those little Smart Cars. Maybe they want too much money for it.

Perhaps the price tag is just too cute.

it would be great for buzzing around downtown here - easy to park in tight spots. I've heard that they are super safe on the highway.

I think these were a fad. A few years ago, I saw they quite regularly in Sarasota, but not anymore. Even for just puttering around town, you wouldn't stand a chance in that little thing against a mini van or sedan, let alone a truck.

I'd love a Smart Car, but many of my trips are to Costco. I think I'd have to put a luggage rack on the top to carry home the soy milk anc cereal!

Hope the price includes the wind-up key! ;-)
