I remember when Sunday shopping started here and that was the excuse to keep it going - so many families out on Sunday afternoon after church, shopping together.
I remember growing up in Illinois, the whole family would go shopping together even if it was just for groceries. I used to enjoy those shopping trips.
Escape from the house! Not another basketball game! Somehow I get the feeling that the dads and husbands aren't home taking care of cooking and cleaning.

Great minds think alike, Lowell, you and I made a new post at the same time. :) Nice capture.
No dads along for the shopping excursion!

Three photo blogs. Gosh, Lowell, you're a Renaissance man.
In a way its all together... but is it really that way? More than being together each one is usually busy picking up things for themselves :-D
Judging by the rather sad expressions it looks like whatever they were hoping to buy was out of stock!
Since I don't like shopping, I would definitely NOT call this quality time. :)

None look very happy. When I think of a family outing, shopping doesn't come to mind.
Well they don't look too happy. Rather cranky---stay away you might get hit with a purse!!! MB
What are they looking for? It isn’t nice, but they scare me.

If you have a family of women only, maybe.;)
Kay's comment is the best! :-)
