I live near Encanto Park and I see people set up for picnics on some of the warmest days. It' always surprises me.

I think this is a nice way for family and friends to get together. The kiddies can run and play and the grown ups can sit and talk.

That's what we are going to do today. Bob's son and family is here from Montana and I am a bit nervous---well actually scared. Will I do aright??? We are hosting a thing. Whatever!! MB

Looks perfect! We have family visiting Orlando. I am hoping the weather is nice for them.

Picnic shelters sure are great to sit under on a hot day!

Balloons and streamers. It may be a picnic, but that reads "fancy" to me.

A nice shady looking spot to enjoy a bite to eat and a cooling drink!

I love doing this with friends and family. Often just as much fun to do it in one's back yard, too.
