Hi Lowell. I've always loved those red plants! I don't remember the name. Thanks for your notes and messages. More soon :-)

This is such a beautiful photograph Lowell and such a beautiful place to walk. My husband was just talking about it today and how he misses our walks that we used to take through the park and how much we enjoyed...and we miss it too. We lived right around the corner from the park. I was looking at real estate again today...guess the foot of snow we're getting today kind of got me looking again and how tired we are of dealing with all the ice and snow and long winter months. The older we get the less tolerance we have. Hope you had a nice holiday and that you and your wife are doing well. Hope you have a Happy Healthy New Year too and thanks for all the nice memories and beautiful scenery of Ocala Florida.

Interesting to see different festive flora at this time of year!

Kinda looks like the top piece of the Major Domo in the marching band or a bunch of whacked out Roosters.

I have sore eyes for green plants and flowers. Lovely red leaves.

Reservations made for Florida yesterday. Will need a respite from the 'whiteness'.

They do add a splash of color to the scene for sure.

Beautiful Cordylines! They don't like winter but most manage to survive here.

Colours springing up all around!
