Yesterday,
Birdman from up Maine way, posted a photo of a place similar to this. Maybe it's part of a growing fad. I've never been here but it appears to be a combination art studio, art instruction, and cafe. On different days they offer different activities and the sign changes to reflect that. I think it's a rather cool idea and wish them great success.

Lowell, get in there, look around, take some photos and show them to us. I want to know what it's like!!
Poor Picasso!
I'm not so sure about playing with clay and eating a cupcake at the same time....
I think it is a great idea. A fun place to pass the time.
Yes I have eaten buffalo meat and it is very tasty. Healthier than Beef (don't let my daughter hear that) lots leaner. I am not a huge meat eater but it is tasty.
Lots of Buffalo out here and cross it and you have Beefalo.
Happy Hanukkah

I noted on Birman's blog that my son has gone to one of these in Hartford and he had a great time. It is more the experience -- and the beer -- than the art.
I like the name.
If it's not too immodest to admit, I can boast that I'm very good at cupcake eating. Picasso would be impressed, I'm sure.
There's a shop up my way that has pottery for anyone who wants to have a go at it.
Versatile looking place!
Fun place!!
Fun place!!
it's difficukt to take a photo and take a drink at the same time
I think this is exactly what Picasso deserves...
I've been to one of these places and think they're a lot of fun. Would like to own one.
I think I would most enjoy eating the cupcake. :)
When I was a teen, I would have love to 'prank' this place and rearrange some letters. As a matter of fact, love to do it now. 'Fuse.. glass... remove 2 letters. Ouch!
I wouldn't pass up a cupcake.
I'd love it if the would open one here. I'd give it a try.
I've never seen one here but I bet they turn up soon!
My Colorado DIL treated me to a lovely girls day out at a place similar to this in Boulder. They served wine, (which was better than cupcakes) and we each painted a lovely canvass (well her's was) using "Starry Nights" as a guide for our interpretation (there were different choices or you could do your own original). We had the best afternoon laughing and playing . So I guess they are springing up everywhere.
