In addition to the other kinds of destruction, I hate to see the toll that is taken on trees, shrubs, and other kinds of vegetation.

Must have been a bit scary! We had a storm last night with lots of white stuff falling from the sky - and then we had to shovel it today!

Palm trees seem well designed to take on the wind. They seem to take it as an opportunity to get rid of dead fronds. Look out below!
