Beverage Cart

Some of the local golf courses provide beverage cart services. A young woman (usually very attractive) drives around the golf course selling beer and soft drinks, sandwiches and crackers, etc., out of a golf cart that has been converted for that purpose.

Florida golfers are especially grateful to see a beverage cart on our beastly hot summer days!  One problem, though: sometimes the beverage cart driver doesn't get to work on time and the first we see of her is when we're finishing up our round on the 18th hole. :)

I don't think we have that here. But it is usually a bit hotter in Florida I guess.

I can see that coming in handy.

I have seen these carts before. You would think they would want to show up as early as possible so they could make more money! Thank you so much for your nice comments on my pictures this week. I really appreciate it. I took a break today, but will be back tomorrow with another post.

That sounds convenient.

How handy. You'd think she would show up early to get you all rolling before the 18th.

I had no idea they did that on a golf course!

I do know that the beverage cart is a pretty big deal when it comes to golf tournaments. Of course, it really wasn't necessary because all the sponsors had food and beverage at every hole.

Perhaps she is nipping a bit which creates a delay. Can't imagine why she wouldn't be prompt for the opportunity to serve golfers with the likes of you!!
