The Nancy Lopez Legacy Country Club is located in The Villages, Florida, a few miles south of Ocala. Nancy Lopez is, of course, one of the greatest women golfers of all time and now that she is retired, this country club is part of her legacy.

Looks like a fine country club. But there do not seem to be any of the members present. Perhaps they all went north for the summer.
To answer your question, the HyVee is the name of a midwest grocery store chain. The chain is employee owned. Don't know the name has any meaning beyond being a name.
I could enjoy that pool on a day like today.
