A Sampling of Ocala Homes

The first three homes are located in the Historic District near downtown Ocala.  As you can see, not all the homes in the Historic District are mighty mansions.

The second trio are representative of the homes you might find in any number of our subdivisions. The first is a home in our neighborhood.  The second houses an avid golfer, as you can see from the lawn ornament.  The last is a smallish home which backs up to the Summerglen Golf Course.

Love the historic ones!

it's very American to show his passion on the lawn

The statues on my picture are not painted.
The color is due to the oxidation of the metal

The "blue"one is my favourite, but they are all nice, just different.
Looks like you have wooden houses too. That surprised me.

Love the smaller houses, there are just my size. I go with the second one as my favorite, lots of shade with the big tree. Probably would want to paint it another colour.

Nearly half the houses in Florida must back up on a golf course. Both second and third bungalows look inviting.

I really like the first one, it seems very spacious.

Many different styles of houses but I like the older homes best.

I love those houses from the historic neighborhood and that giant golf ball was a dead giveaway. However that last home looks just right for me.

Nice neighbourhoods! I always like the fact that so many Americans have the Stars and stripes on show on the flagpole. I didnt recognise that white blob as a giant golf ball. Even if I loved golf (which I dont) I think that lawn ornament is really ugly.

I like the historic ones the best but they are all nice!

Very nice homes! The large, mature trees seem to enhance anything they shade.

They are all nice, but I'd love to live in one of the historic ones. :)

An interesting eclectic collection. I'll take the little yellow one; I like the landscaping but a house with an enclosed porch also gets my bid.

Its a fun collection and gives me an idea for a future downtown Eugene post (I will pay you a percentage of my royalties if I ever use your idea... In fact, i will probably forget about it, because if it doesn't cool down I might never go outside again. We are having an unusual hot spell here in Oregon -- it was warmer here than in Fort Myers Florida today -- maybe we should stay all year there ;>)
