The other evening, having not yet dined at Steak 'n Shake, we decided we should reward our many years of hard work with one of their shakes. Lois Anne got the M&M shake, which is featured above. I got the Snickers shake, which is far superior to all the other options.
Actually, they were both delicious!

That looks very tempting!
I enjoy this restaurant on occasion. Their shakes are good!
I just had a (delicious) burger. I suppose burgers and shakes are a patriotic duty, right?
The perspective in the 1st pic is wonderful and the milk shake in the 2nd pic is so inviting!
Lowell, I love the look of this place and the food sounds delicious! I love the 50's diner concept! Great photos, thank you so much for sharing. :)
I AM SURE portions of food are much bigger than in Europe
Yummy! I am hoping they deliver to Canada.
Please send me their phone number. ٩(^ᴗ^)۶
Hummm que delicioso gelado.
Um abraço e continuação de boa semana.

It's not only the shakes that are making me shake this morning after hearing the news!
ohhh i love steak and shake! i first tried them when we lived in missouri and now we just got one here a year or 2 ago!
That shake looks so gooooood!
I always loved milkshakes. We make smoothies for lunch. Similar to a 'shake.
If you didn't spill while you are around food then the goaties wouldn't eat your clothes.

A meal in a glass!
Hi Lowell, we in Canada are also reeling, stunned, and not yet recovered (if we will ever be...LOL!) from the U.S. election results. I also heard about our Canada Immigration website crashing due to so many visits as the election results were unfolding. Sending you all my very best wishes and, if there is no place in Ottawa for you, there will be room here in Montreal! :) Take care of yourself, and I really love this place you are sharing, I look forward to seeing more.
Steak..no. Shake...why not!
