The Fit Pod - Trilogy Preserve

This "Fit Pod" was recently completed to allow Trilogy residents the possibility of getting "fit" to a whole new level.  It provides a number of exercise options, including a variety of bars, steps, wall climbing, and a small hill climb.  Surrounding the Fit Pod is a special track created from material which will allow runners a safer and softer running experience.

And to top if off, so to speak, are several canvas covers which offer protection from the sun, pooping birds and falling bugs!

I hope that it gets used! It looks great, Lowell!

Very cool! Build it and they will come.

That looks about as popular as the different fitness stations I've seen around town here. Maybe I'm just not there at the right time (dawn, perhaps?) but I've never seen anyone using them.

What a very nice facility. If I lived there I'd use it. Who am I kidding, I'd use if for about a week and then never come back. But, I'd like to think I'd use it.

You all are so taken care of. Hey come on out and we will put you to work--chopping trees, loading up the wood and me---I get to drive it all back to the barn while you get "FIT".

It's an excellent idea Lowell... in theory ☺

Had to laugh at the comments! I do hope it gets used, but I’d be leery (chicken) to work out alone in front of possible passers by, even if they were friends (or especially if, maybe). I do go to classes .., there’s safety and anonymity in numbers.

A low-impact running track surrounds this Fit Pod. It is one of my favorite experiences on my walk/runs. Totally love this place!

Oh wow! I would use something like this every day. I wish there was one near me!

Great idea, a useful thing.
