I really like this shot Jacob. The composition, the reflection and colors. Also if you don't want fish it looks like beef isn't too far away. ;-)

I think I'd like it there.

un beau paysage, et j'aime bien tous les animaux derrière, ils forment une sorte de frontière ;)

Complete with a fisherman and lots of horses. Or maybe I should go see my optician?

Stocked as naturally or as someone is breeding fishes there to fish them later? It happens here...

I liked a lot those reflections!
This scenery is beautiful and peaceful, with so many animals ( maybe cows?) at the horizon.I think that guy with the boat( can you believe that I forgot the name for that "water motorcycle"! Crazy Léia!)anyway...maybe he can be a guard of this park.

***One question ... have you ever coming back from the supermarket, and put strange things in the refrigerator? For instance, soap and toothpaste inside the refrigerator and not even realize you did it?LOL
I did!

***And, thanks so much for the cute poem that you left in Luna's blog!

Reminds me of a line from an old movie, "California is so great, even the oranges grow on trees." Perhaps, I'll take a nap now. I suddenly feel the urge to go fishing.

I'm a sucker for a photo with water in it. It looks so peaceful and the reflection is wonderful.

It looks like a wonderful place for reflection, but I'll pass on the fishing!

So pretty calm and peaceful. I would take a book and sit by the waterfall and probably not read the book but just fall asleep.

do you like to fish? I like river fishing only because I like the river. MB

Funny how this shot could be a slice of life from just about anywhere in the midwest. If you would just showed me the shot and asked me to place where it was.... Florida would not have ever entered my head. This is a great scene of the finer things in life. A great creek, open spaces, and beautiful skies.

80 degrees and sunny in Flo-rida today? Talk to me in August when it's 80 degrees, sunny and wonderful in Minne-soooota and it's 163 degrees in Flo-rida. Then we'll see who gets the last laugh...

SO Leif and I were talking about your comment posting habits and your "retirement," (actually sorta making fun of it!)and here's what we came up with...
You post your daily picture(s) late in the evening/early morning. Then you start posting comments shortly after until 9:30 am or so when you and Lois Anne drive to the gym in your new hot rod golf cart where Lois Anne puts in at least a good hour long workout on the eliptical machine. Leif figures you spend that hour at the smoothie bar taking with the young, foxy smoothie girl. Then it's off to an early bird lunch special at Dennys, followed by more comment posting after lunch but before nap time. After nap time, you might sneak in a few more comments then it's on to dinner and drinks with the neighbors in your Bermuda shorts and the next day's posting. We bet you're in bed before 9:00.
We've got you all figured out, don't we?!

Amazing picture of a day off for the fisherman and an event for the cows.

How lovely and serene...the reflections, the sky, the entire setting looks so scenic and beautiful.
