Yes, I hate to promote retail, especially chain stores; however, when you find a store that you love, it is hard not to promote. Those puffy clouds are a great backdrop. Are you sure you weren't in North Carolina?

I should go into sporting goods stores more often, as it might encourage me to be more physically active.
Your post reminds me that I need to stop at Dick's to get new paddles for our outdoor ping pong table at our house in Scottsdale.
We do not have Dick's in our area of Costa Rica.
Love the clouds and blue sky behind it - nice shot.
belle enseigne et j'aime bien le logo
I need a new 40 litres backpack. Can I find it there?
Not a good client of sporting goods stores: some sneakers and sometimes a backpack.
This seems to be a great shop for sports shopping !!Nice place !!
Cheerful! Never heard of them either, but in Seattle there is a landmark Dick's Drive-In for hamburgers. Really good.
I love going into this store.
I haven't been in one of these stores yet. I'll have to check it out.

Love that there are 3 balls there in his name .. he seems able to keep them all in the air at once ...
Same story here, the occasional pair of sneakers. Come to think of it, I could use another pair of Stan Smith tennis shoes.
They must be all over the US!
The Dick's we had around here went out of business. Not sure why but suspect the location turned racial.
There's a Dick's in Rochester, New York too. :)
