This place is adorable and it reminds me in some way ( I guess it's about the brasseries and that beautiful lamp) the city of Nancy in France!
Very romantic as well to enjoy a promenade!

I love the colors and the "plaza" appearance of the place. I'm guessing you were there either bright and early in the morning or late in the afternoon from the lighting (and lack of people). My kind of photo!

Any yes, mother's day was crowded at the restaurants. We made reservations weeks in advance. Hope you had a great weekend!
