Cameo Pharmacy & Photo is a fixture in Ocala. So far as I know, it is the only camera store left in the area. They have a good inventory for a smaller shop and the owners are friendly and helpful. The pharmacy was added a few years ago.
We buy our cameras and accessories from a long time camera shop. As the salesman said to us years ago, "when you buy here you also get me." We stop in or call for advice and information frequently. It is worth the service.
I assume that the drive-thru is for the prescriptions and not the camera gear.
When my son, who lives in Buenos Aires, visits the USA with his Argentine fiance, she finds it amusing how many things you can buy or do without leaving your car.
These guys are really smart! While people mostly moan about change, they're reinventing with a significant move from photos to meds! Although I guess I like photos better! God bless you! Cezar

I like the architecture...it reminds me of a drive up for a 50's motel.
I like their paint job!
A camera shop must have big trouble competing with WalMart, BestBuy and other chains.
Great architecture and paint scheme to enhance it. Thanks for the photo, Jacob!
Very odd architecture! And is that a red mailbox?

Looks like a flashback to the Sixties art deco.
Interesting shop and building. Even a breast (if I may say that) pump. MB
The building is just great but, 'Pharmacy and Photo'?! Isn't this a strange association? :-)
What an interesting building.

I admit that I have a fondness for photo stores. :)
If you don't need any drugs, you could get a drive through camera!
Hello! I also like the architecture.
