Shame on you, insisting that I make hay! In no way, and any cookie from Jacobsen or competitor Kjeldsen, both Danish, I can do better in my kitchen;-) Kjeldsens cookies (from Kelsen Group) are extremely popular in China, especially as a gift item. They give us a great economy of export ... However, only a drop in the ocean compared to all the "junk-products" we import ... Have a great weekend :-D
Four pounds of these certainly gives you enough to share, Lowell! And they go well with either coffee or tea and I'm not picky when it's served with Danish butter cookies!
Yes I said 1908 now get out of my way or I will hit you with my cane---or broom. Haha My Mother went to that grad school too---but not when I did. LOL MB
Lowell, I love biscuits. Good coffee and biscuit, that's it. Thanks for the comment. Please, you are asked where is the area of my recent photos. It is a country Croatia, South Dalmatia islands. Specifically, the island of Korcula and Lumbarda place. Hello and nice new week wishes you Peter. (You can write me on my e-mail. I mention it in my profile.)

They would go perfectly with a pot of tea in the Haulfre Gardens Tea Room!
Oh my these cookies are so good!!!! Terrific colors.
Gimme those with a glass of milk before heading back to school on Monday!
Lol, all I meant was that the school was very inviting!
Oh, I love butter cookies!
I remember having a tin of these around the holidays when I was a kid.
One of my best memories from Denmark is the wonderful pastries and other goodies!

I'll bet they are tasty.
What a fun photo! Except now I'm hungry for cookies...
They're indeed delicious, although I'd say 4 lbs is a bit too much! :)
God bless you!

I got my grandma a can of Danish cookies when I came back from a trip. That's her classic favorite :)
