Looks like they are a fan of Christmas too! Fountain Hills is a lot further east than where you used to live in Scottsdale. When I was driving back from there I was thinking about all those people who must commute to work from up there. It took me over an hour to drive back to the center of the city to where I live.

I would say he's more of a Rudolph, the Red Nosed Reindeer fan. Perhaps a descendent of Gene Autry.
