Both of my sons used to work at Carrabas. We always used to sit at the bar and talk with them while they worked ( if they weren't busy).

It is so much fun to watch chefs as they work to fill orders in a busy restaurant.

Okay, now I want to freeze, take a sunset tour and have osso bucco alla romana all at the same time. You did it.

Looks like a good place to eat, and spotlessly clean looking too. Always a good sign!

I imagine the food is great there, an interesting mix. In portuguese language "A Cozinha" :)

I didn't know that they were such a big chain! Well, enjoy!

On my picture from yesterday you asked about the name. The time before when I posted a picture of a pronghorn, I called it an antelope and got a comment that there are no antelope in the US. So this time I looked up the scientific name and posted that. Still looks like it should be called an antelope to me.

I always enjoy a resto like this where you can see people at work. One of the reasons I always loved breakfasting at The Waffle House. The kitchen is an interesting place!

I like Carrabba's. They consistently have good food, plus they take good care of people with special diets (like yours truly).

Looks spic and span! I like that.
