Airboat elegance

Airboats are ubquitous in Florida as they are so useful for flying on top of low waterways; they are used in the Everglades extensively, but also in bays and bayous along our coasts. Many of them are homemade and others are beat up from hard use. This is one of the nicest I've seen.

Not ever I have seen one of these on anyone's drive-way here in Coventry :). Quite impressive and bet it goes fast!

It looks like it would move fast in the water. Have you ever taken a ride in one? I would be a bit afraid but I would still go.

I like that this is RED for all to see. They sound like fun but maybe too fast for me to take photos from.

These airboats are very fascinating to me, I've never seen one in reality, only in films...

I see you're back in business.
Some airboats, quite noisy, right?

What a great machine. What's not to like? It's got speed, agility, and elegance. Would love an Everglades tour in one of these.
