A Lucky Lizard

The lizard, we think, knows there is glass and screen between him and two antsy and very frustrated kittens because the lizard traipses up and down the screen right in front of the kittens. They jump at him, try to grab him with their paws, but all to no avail. He is protected. Which is a good thing, or he would be one very messed up lizard!

I love it. I am happy for the lizard, but perhaps am being insensitive or callous to the cats.

indeed, that lizard would be a gonner if not for the screen. the kittens were frustrated but you got a good catch.

Lucky Lizard, indeed. I bet the kittens would be surprised if they could actually catch it. MB

This is such a cute photo! Years ago when I had a cat I remember him coming to the door with a lizard in his mouth and wanting inside. I told my cat there was no way he was coming in the house with that lizard in his mouth. To my surprise, he dropped the lizard and off it ran. I guess he was bringing it home to me.

This is so cute! Looks like this could keep a cat occupied for hours.

You don't always get what you want in life and sometimes you have to learn the hard way!

The kitties would be so proud to play with it within an inch of its life, then deposit it at your feet.

Kitty TV. They probably acted the way I do when I watch the news. :))

Great picture!
I hope Mr. Lizard keeps being wise to not forget that he needs to ensure such a glass / net always separates him from kittens in those encounters...
God bless you!
