I think I have to restructure my sentence or punctuate it differently. I was referring to the owner of the car. On the bumper he has a vietnam veteran sticker (I maxed the photo to see it).

This Marine has plenty of company in Texas. I note that he is driving the least fuel efficient vehicle on the road.
