I've posted photos of this car previously. It has been spotted at a couple of places in town. For the past several months it's been parked in front of our local Barnes & Nobles book store.
I have no idea what it's all about, but the owner has added a substantial number of new posters to try to get his or her message out to the world.

All I can say is that it is colourful and definitely draws attention.
Well if it's stolen it would be easy to find.
There's someone who does this sort of thing - piles of handwritten signs - in Port Townsend. He parks himself on a sidewalk with easels, card tables, and signs. I really don't get it.
I doubt this car would be allowed anywhere near a road in the UK!
Too much information. The message escapes me. (There is a message there, right?)
Interesting. Too many messages to try and make sense of it all though.
Confusion Reigns. I wonder what happens when it REALLY rains?????
I think a lesson in marketing might be needed here. I have no idea what the message is but, it does scare me a bit.
Sign of insecurity?
Quite a demented way to pass a message...
Glad it's there and not here----
I like what EG said.

Some people get so fixated!
I think it would benefit from being put in a compactor.
Looks like curb pollution!
Ugh. I am not against Islam, but this car does not do much to promote the religion, if you ask me.
I'm a little worried about the owner. He doesn't seem to know when to stop.
Creepy!!!
